Job summary

Equifax is seeking a Lead Debt Recovery Performance Analyst to drive continuous improvement across debt recovery strategies in the UK. In this role you will manage portfolio performance, optimise liquidation and collections, and deliver insight-driven MI for clients and internal teams.

You will work with SQL-based datasets, automate processes, and influence senior stakeholders. A strong numeracy background and experience in collections will be essential.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with rigour and ability to translate objectives into an analytics plan.
• Proven experience in a high-performing Collections or Recoveries environment.
• Advanced data manipulation skills and experience with SQL databases.
• Exceptional numeracy with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with stakeholders at senior levels.
• Ability to deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Devise and execute superior portfolio strategies to optimise liquidation and collections.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal partners to communicate performance and influence objectives.
• Manage performance across client portfolios including arrears and insolvencies as applicable.
• Identify and implement efficient solutions to automate processes and enhance product development.
• Own the development and delivery of MI that provides deep insight to stakeholders.
• Support forecasting and communication of financial performance with revenue opportunities.
• Provide analytical support to Relationship and Operations teams for client service delivery.
• Ensure data integrity by reconciling data across multiple sources.
