Job description

Overview:

The Senior Dealer at our client's casino is responsible for operating gaming tables, handling high-level game action, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The role requires a minimum of 12 months’ dealing experience and a Personal Functional Licence (PFL).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Host and operate a minimum of three table games to an advanced standard and remaining games to a competent level
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring an engaging and welcoming environment
  • Handle high-level game action, including VIP players, with professionalism
  • Maintain compliance with gaming procedures, responsible gaming policies, anti-money laundering regulations, and other legislative requirements
  • Provide an audible commentary on games for players and surveillance monitoring
  • Identify and report potential high-value players to supervisors
  • Ensure game protection by monitoring suspicious activity and major play actions
  • Perform accurate and transparent reconciliation of funds at gaming tables
  • Act as a role model in promoting and upselling our client's services and marketing campaigns

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Be part of a 24/7 operation; flexibility required for shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Minimum 12 months’ experience as a live gaming dealer
  • Personal Functional Licence (PFL) holder
  • Advanced proficiency in at least three gaming tables
  • Strong understanding of gaming legislation and compliance requirements
