Salary: £12.80 p/h + on average £250 p/m tips

Overview:

The Senior Dealer at our client's casino is responsible for operating gaming tables, handling high-level game action, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The role requires a minimum of 12 months' dealing experience and a Personal Functional Licence (PFL).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate gaming tables efficiently and professionally.
2. Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies.
3. Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
4. Manage high-stakes game action with accuracy and integrity.
5. Train and mentor junior dealers as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

1. At least 12 months of dealing experience.
2. Possession of a Personal Functional Licence (PFL).
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
