Senior DC Pensions (Defined Contribution) Consultant

Mercer is seeking a Senior Defined Contribution (DC) Pensions Consultant to join our specialist DC team in delivering DC services to a large portfolio of clients. Our team is one of the largest, fully integrated in the UK, serving clients that include corporate sponsors, trustee boards of trust-based schemes, and governance committees of contract-based schemes.

We will count on you to:

  • Be an expert in Defined Contribution Pensions and serve as a lead consultant on clients, delivering and promoting our services.
  • Manage your own portfolio by assessing performance, trends, and business insights to ensure high-quality client service.
  • Hold responsibility for proactive revenue generation from existing clients and expanding the range of DC services across other lines of business as appropriate.
  • Manage Global DC activities, helping clients analyze their plans both globally and locally, and optimize plan design features.
  • Develop new business and maintain existing relationships through networking, attending events and seminars, and demonstrating expertise in DC.
  • Support Mercer’s business and corporate strategies as a change agent where appropriate.
