Qualifications

• Extensive experience on large, complex enterprise DB projects.
• Strong Db2 administration and production support in enterprise environments.
• Experience in release management for database environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Hands-on RACF/ACF2 Db2 security experience.
• High-availability and replication design and maintenance.
• Data conversion and migration support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Banking/financial services experience is a plus.
