My client is a leading pensions firm recruiting for a Senior Pensions Administrator to manage a portfolio of Defined Benefit (DB) schemes and play a key role in a central Edinburgh team. The role offers flexibility with remote and flexi working options.
The position is available due to increased business, and the successful candidate will manage their own set of DB/DC schemes. Essential experience includes technical knowledge of defined benefit / final salary pensions and defined contribution schemes, along with client management experience in pensions. Professional qualifications such as PMI are desirable but not essential.
You will work with clients holding a mix of pension schemes, requiring a thorough understanding of scheme rules, current legislation, and project management skills. The role involves some client-facing responsibilities as your experience grows.
An excellent basic salary and a comprehensive benefits package are offered. The company is growing, with long-term opportunities within a close-knit team based in Glasgow, part of a larger national organization.
