• Deep expertise in backup strategies and recovery models.
• Proven track record in performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of HA/DR solutions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in ahybrid roleideally based out of theSouthampton office, where you'll play a pivotal part in managing and optimising a diverse database estate acrossSQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQLplatforms.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Spearheading thedesign, implementation, and maintenanceof SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL databases.
• Ensuringhigh availability, performance, and securityacross all database systems.
• Leadingbackup, recovery, patching, performance tuning, and capacity planninginitiatives.
• Drivingautomationusing tools likePowerShell and Pythonto streamline operations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business-critical applications.
