Job summary

PwC’s Data & AI Consulting team is seeking a Data Transformation Senior Manager to lead large-scale data migration programmes and help clients build foundations for technology and AI-enabled transformation.

You will work with senior stakeholders across ERP, CRM, HR and cloud projects, oversee governance and risk, and coach multidisciplinary teams while driving reusable delivery accelerators.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale data migration programmes.
• Strong end-to-end data migration lifecycle knowledge from discovery to deployment.
• Experience managing governance, quality, risk and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong consulting and client-facing skills with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex data migration programmes, providing direction across strategy, data quality, transformation, validation and cutover activities.
• Own migration governance, delivery quality, risk management and stakeholder engagement across large transformation programmes.
• Drive the adoption of AI-enabled delivery approaches, automation and reusable accelerators to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Act as a trusted adviser to senior clients on migration strategy, data readiness and modernisation initiatives.
• Lead and develop high-performing UK, offshore and client teams, fostering collaboration, coaching and capability growth.
• Support business development activities, including solution shaping, proposals, thought leadership and proposition development.
