Job summary

Primark is seeking a Data Solutions Architect to lead delivery of data and analytics solutions within a major transformation programme. The role sits hybrid between Reading and Dublin, bridging business requirements with technical implementation.

You will guide data architecture, modelling, ETL and integration work, collaborate with multiple teams and external vendors, and ensure governance and best-practice delivery across initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in data, analytics or architecture roles, with leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in data architecture, data modelling, ETL and system integration.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale data platforms and analytics solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Experience with cloud platforms and data governance.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data & analytics products across strategic programmes.
• Collaborate with data teams, stakeholders and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
• Translate business data needs into technical solutions and designs.
• Define architectures, data models, and integration frameworks.
• Produce solution blueprints and technical designs for governance.
• Manage risks, dependencies and delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure Agile delivery and adherence to best practices.
