Compensation: GBP 110,000 - GBP 130,000 / year
At Field, we have developed Gaia, an automated energy trading platform. Since its deployment in November 2024 for our first physical asset in GB, we continually improve our algorithms. Over the coming years, Gaia will be deployed on more GB assets and across Europe (Germany, Italy, Spain).
You will be part of a small, dynamic team of certified power traders, influencing revenue growth. You will collaborate with platform engineers, data scientists, executives, and commercial teams.
This role requires flexibility in working hours and participation in an on-call rotation, as the energy market operates 24/7, 365 days a year, especially for emergency response and unplanned scenarios.
Candidates from backgrounds such as Trading, Data Science, Data Analytics, Operations Research, or related fields with at least 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
