Skills and Experience

• Thorough knowledge of the R language
• Understanding of MLOps and DevOps frameworks
• Experience with GitHub, including version control, collaboration, testing, and CI/CD
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and statistical ideas to non-specialists
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Databricks

What you will do

• Serve as a bridge between statisticians and technical teams
• Design and implement MLOps frameworks to support deployment of statistical models as REST APIs
• Refactor and optimize R code for production, focusing on performance, reproducibility, and API integration
• Educate statisticians and engineers on MLOps principles to foster shared understanding
