The Media Optimization product is an AI-powered optimization platform that enables media traders to deploy complex buying strategies and deliver better outcomes for our clients, at scale.

At the heart of the product are our proprietary algorithms, developed in-house and refined over time. These algorithms enable the platform to make budget and targeting adjustments that improve campaign performance every day for clients worldwide.
Our ambition as a Data Science team is to further extend this competitive advantage by innovating our algorithms and expanding into more digital advertising platforms.
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to enhance our proprietary algorithms and innovate the product with the latest advances in ML/AI. Reporting to the VP of Data Science, you will join a small but growing team of Data Scientists.
The ideal candidate will have a background in optimization (algorithms or related ML disciplines), strong statistical knowledge, and hands-on cloud technology experience. You should be truly, technically competent to learn complex systems quickly, customize source code, add new features, and code from scratch. Model deployment and software development experience are highly desirable, but support from our engineering team will be available.
