Job summary

Square Enix is seeking a highly analytical Senior Data Scientist to lead forecasting, modelling, and technology foundations of our forecasting function, including Marketing Mix Modelling and media effectiveness capabilities. You will build robust internal tools, simulation frameworks, QA processes, and monitoring routines to improve forecast accuracy and scenario planning.

You will work closely with project managers, analysts, data engineers, and marketing stakeholders to prioritise and deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required.
• Strong Python and statistics background.
• Experience with Flask or FastAPI.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting data, modelling, and tooling.
• Develop internal modelling components and tools for MMM.
• Build simulation and scenario planning utilities for marketing scenarios.
• Monitor model performance and incorporate feedback.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, and marketing teams.
