Job summary

GlobalLogic Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Scientist/Engineer to lead the evolution of our customer identity architecture and ML platform in London. You will design advanced entity resolution systems and scalable matching models to power the customer master spine.

You will build, deploy and monitor probabilistic and rule‑based approaches, establish quality metrics and drift tracking, and ensure integration with enterprise data platforms across our services.

Qualifications

• Deep technical expertise in record linkage, fuzzy matching, graph algorithms, and ML techniques for entity resolution.
• Hands‑on experience building, deploying, and maintaining enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) or Customer 360 platforms.
• Proficiency in modern MLOps: model deployment pipelines, feature stores, automated monitoring.
• Ability to define and track data quality standards, matching‑confidence scores, and drift metrics.
• Experience designing governed identity hierarchies and integrating resolved entities into Golden Record layers.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale a reusable entity‑resolution framework combining deterministic rules, fuzzy matching, and ML.
• Build and refine the core customer spine architecture and governed identity hierarchies to prevent identity drift across sources.
• Develop, deploy, and monitor probabilistic and model‑based matching algorithms where rules fall short.
• Establish matching‑quality metrics, benchmarks, and continuous feedback loops for high precision/recall.
• Integrate resolved identities and Golden Layer records into enterprise data platforms and systems.
• Manage end‑to‑end MLOps workflows, pipelines, and feature stores to support scalable identity models.

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist/ Engineer to spearhead the evolution of our customer identity architecture and machine learning platform. Requirements
