GlobalLogic in London seeks a Senior Data Scientist/Engineer to evolve the customer identity architecture and ML platform. You will design advanced entity resolution, implement matching models, and build the data spine powering customer master records.

Key work includes scalable entity-resolution framework, governed identity hierarchies, and end‑to‑end MLOps pipelines to productionize identity models.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in record linkage, fuzzy matching, graph algorithms and ML for entity resolution.
• Hands‑on experience building enterprise MDM/Customer 360 platforms.
• Proficient in modern MLOps practices including deployment pipelines and monitoring.
• Ability to define and track data quality, matching confidence and drift metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale an entity-resolution framework using rules, fuzzy matching and ML.
• Develop the core customer spine and governed identity hierarchies to prevent drift.
• Build, deploy and monitor probabilistic and model‑based matching where rules fall short.
• Establish matching quality metrics, benchmarks and feedback loops for precision/recall.
• Integrate identities and Golden Layer records into enterprise data platforms.
• Manage end‑to‑end MLOps workflows and feature stores for scalable identity models.

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist/ Engineer to spearhead the evolution of our customer identity architecture and machine learning platform. In this role, you will design advanced entity resolution systems, implement intelligent matching models, and build the foundational data spine that powers our customer master records.

Requirements

• You have deep technical expertise in record linkage, fuzzy matching, graph algorithms, and machine learning techniques for entity resolution.
• You bring hands‑on experience building, operationalizing, and maintaining enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) or Customer 360 platforms.
• You are proficient in modern MLOps practices, including model deployment pipelines, feature stores, and automated model monitoring.
• You know how to define and track objective data quality standards, matching‑confidence scores, and drift metrics in complex data landscapes.
• You ideally bring experience designing governed identity hierarchies and integrating resolved entities into centralized Golden Record layers.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and scale a reusable entity-resolution framework that combines deterministic rules, fuzzy matching, and machine learning.
• Build and refine our core customer‑spine architecture and governed identity hierarchies to eliminate identity drift across source systems.
• Develop, deploy, and monitor probabilistic and model‑based matching algorithms where standard business rules fall short.
• Establish rigorous matching‑quality metrics, evaluation benchmarks, and continuous feedback loops to ensure high precision and recall.
• Seamlessly integrate resolved customer identities and Golden Layer records into enterprise data platforms and operational systems.
• Manage end‑to‑end MLOps workflows, pipeline orchestration, and feature stores to support scalable, production‑grade identity models.
