Job summary

Relay is seeking a data-focused modeller to advance the digital twin, capable of translating business questions into robust economic models. You’ll work with a cross-functional finance squad to improve pricing, margins and scenario forecasting, while maintaining a production-grade modelling environment.

You’ll join a data organization of around 30 engineers, analysts and data scientists, embedded in the finance squad. Strong Python/SQL skills and experience with modelling are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Python and SQL, with data engineering capabilities.
• Experience with financial modelling and forecasting to support commercial decisions.
• Experience presenting complex models to non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Evolve the digital twin—upgrade engines as new operating models roll out and surface new metrics.
• Build and validate new strategic models and forecasting tools.
• Collaborate with Finance and Data teams to translate business questions into modelling problems.
