Role Overview

This role is within the Great Britain Cycling Team (GBCT), our nation’s most successful Olympic and Paralympic team. Following recent successes, we aim to continue this legacy at LA 2028 and beyond. The Data and Insights team’s mission is to enable GBCT to leverage data and evidence for better decision-making, impacting performance positively. You will lead and implement a high-impact data strategy that fosters a data-informed culture across the team.

Candidate Profile

We seek a passionate data enthusiast with a strong foundation in data science, capable of working across coaching, performance support, and operational functions. Your role will involve ensuring data is captured, managed, and transformed into insights that drive performance improvements, enhance training, and support data-driven decisions throughout the programme.
