Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead the design and delivery of AI solutions and advanced analytics for clients across industries. You will mentor junior team members and shape IBM’s data science capability while collaborating with engineers and client stakeholders.

You will drive end-to-end AI engagements, translating business challenges into data-driven insights, and stay ahead of emerging AI methodologies. A strong background in NLP/ML and cloud platforms is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred for advanced analytics roles.
Experience leading AI projects from discovery to deployment in a consulting or enterprise setting.
Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Hugging Face).
Deep knowledge of NLP and ML methods for unstructured data.
Experience architecting AI solutions with tools like GitHub Copilot and Code Whisperer.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM Cloud) and databases.

Responsibilities
