Job summary

SEGA Europe is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our Data Services team in London. You will design, develop and deploy AI-powered solutions that enable teams to work smarter and unlock greater value from SEGA's data platform.

You will work with LLMs, AI agents and RAG, leveraging Databricks capabilities and modern ML concepts to solve business challenges. You will evangelise AI, define technical standards and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure enterprise AI.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience developing AI, ML or data-driven software solutions.
• Strong Python and SQL development skills.
• Experience with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama or similar).
• Experience building AI applications using LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel or LlamaIndex.
• Experience developing AI agents, RAG solutions and integrating AI into enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy AI-powered applications using LLMs, agents and modern AI frameworks.
• Develop agentic AI and RAG solutions that securely leverage enterprise data.
• Configure and integrate AI services into business systems and developer workflows.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to integrate AI into data pipelines and dashboards.
• Evangelise AI across the organisation and define standards for secure, responsible AI adoption.
