What will you be doing?

• Shape and scale FlexiPay into a core product for Funding Circle.
• Build and own financial models to understand and optimize product economics.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Technology teams to define and monitor success metrics.
• Develop reports to track performance and inform actions or forecasts.
• Work with Marketing and Analytics to design strategies for growth.
• Partner with Product teams to understand customer engagement and test new features.
• Segment customers for engagement, pricing, and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with Collections and Technology teams for automated processes.
• Ensure data collection and storage meet analysis needs within our data lake.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, or control weaknesses proactively.

What we’re looking for

• At least 2 years’ analytics experience, preferably in financial services on credit or revolving lending products.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or finance-related field.
• Coding skills in SQL and Python, with experience on AWS platform.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams including marketing and tech.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills with logical reasoning and analytical methods.
• Ability to communicate complex analytics clearly and simply.
