About the role

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing predictive AI models for Sales and Service Cloud. Your responsibilities include:

1. Developing, training, and maintaining predictive AI models within Salesforce for churn prediction and cross/up-selling recommendations.
2. Monitoring performance and collaborating with sales/service teams to fine-tune algorithms for optimal predictive insights.
3. Translating complex data insights into clear, actionable business recommendations to support decision-making.
4. Collaborating with Data Governance and data engineering teams to ensure data quality and compliance.
5. Engaging with Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Pricing teams to identify use cases for predictive analytics.
6. Working closely with CRM product owners to ensure models meet operational needs.

About you

The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce Einstein, data science, and CRM analytics, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer retention through AI-powered insights. You should also have:

• Hands-on experience in data science, predictive modeling, or AI/ML applications within Salesforce.
• Proficiency in data manipulation, cleansing, and feature engineering within Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Experience working with stakeholders across Sales, Service, and IT teams.
• Familiarity with Salesforce objects, flows, SQL, and data integration best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data into clear, non-technical insights.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
