In this role, you will be an integral part of our Cyber Fraud Fusion Center, delivering scalable CFFC services to disrupt fraud and protect our customers and clients from economic crime.

To be successful as a Senior Data Scientist you will need:

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:

• Experience working as a data scientist in a global organisation, covering a broad spectrum of analytical skills from data mining and trend analysis to developing advanced machine learning models. Demonstrated ability to coach Data Scientists, including project planning and stakeholder relationship management.
• Ability to analyze large structured and unstructured datasets, including intelligence, fraud, and business data, using tools like Python, Jupyter Notebook, Hadoop, Spark, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of descriptive and prescriptive analysis, understanding data distributions, machine learning algorithms, and building KPIs based on defined problems.
• Strong foundation in statistics, including probability, hypothesis testing, and ANOVA.
• Experience designing and building automated data processes, integrating various data sources in batch or real-time environments.

Desirable Skills/Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with fraud detection systems and understanding cybercriminal tactics.
• Knowledge of web, network, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Leadership experience managing Data Science teams across multiple locations.
• Active participation in data science research and development.
