iO Associates have partnered with a fast-growing data & AI product company to expand their team. They are hiring a Senior Data Scientist to lead technically rich projects, mentor junior team members, and develop scalable, production-ready machine learning models.

This role is suitable for someone who is technically proficient, solution-oriented, strategically minded, and capable of communicating insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Advanced Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) & SQL (Snowflake a plus)
• Experience with Data warehousing and database technologies
• Solid experience in machine learning (modeling to deployment)
• Cloud exposure (GCP/AWS/Azure)
• Excellent communication & stakeholder skills
• Leadership or mentoring experience in a dynamic/start-up environment
