Senior Data Recruiter - FinTech - Base £35k - £50k (Dependent on billings)

I am working with a FinTech Recruitment agency that is looking to add to their Perm team. I placed a Senior in there last year and they have billed £124k in their first 6 months - as a result, they are looking to grow. They work exclusively within Financial Services delivering on all their Tech roles. They're a business of 50, with offices in the UK and US, they have a global presence - their average billings per consultant is £202k. With a leading marketing team and social media presence, this team of 4 is looking to expand.

As a business, they recruit across the following markets:

• Software, DevOps, Change & Transformation, Data, Quant Finance, Application & Support, Infrastructure and Network

What are they looking for?

• 18 months 360 Recruitment experience across either Technology (anything to do with Cyber, Software, DevOps in either the UK, Europe, or US) or previously worked within Financial Services and keen to transfer into Tech.
• They're looking for a mature character who wants to continue to develop learning off £700k billers, enjoy their time in the office, and wants to advance in their career.

What can they offer?

• Salary £35-50k (DOE)
• 2 days in the office one week, 3 days in the office the next week

• Markets - US, Europe, UK (Ideally UK, but would be open to either EU or US backgrounds)
• Comms - up to 30% no threshold paid Monthly
