Job summary

Elsevier seeks a Senior Data Product Manager to own a portion of the Enterprise Data & Analytics data estate, guiding publication and publication-ready data for books, journals and digital products. You will drive strategy, collaborate with engineering, and coach analysts to improve decision quality and customer experience.

You will shape roadmaps, write precise requirements, and ensure governance across data products in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in data product management and governance.
Strong ability to elicit requirements and translate into specifications.
Experience leading analysts and delivering data-centric products.

Responsibilities

Own a defined product area within the EPH data estate from concept to live release.
Collaborate with business and engineering teams; manage adoption and training.
Define roadmaps, success metrics, and governance for data products.
Develop clear, testable requirements and AI-assisted delivery strategies.
Coach junior analysts and contribute to recruitment.
