Job summary

Beyond is seeking a Senior Data Protection Consultant to join our Secure Advisory team in the UK. You will advise across privacy, governance and regulatory compliance, with strong UK GDPR experience and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Successful candidates will lead data protection assessments, DPIAs, data mapping, and policy development across public and private sectors, while supporting AI governance and evolving legislation.

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience applying UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 within operational environments.
• Experience delivering client-facing consultancy engagements and producing professional reports.
• Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate security clearance SC - NPPV3.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data protection and privacy consultancy engagements across public and private sector clients.
• Lead and support privacy governance frameworks aligned to UK GDPR and international privacy requirements.
• Provide risk-based, practical guidance for complex data processing and data transfer environments.
• Conduct DPIAs, privacy maturity reviews, and governance assurance activities.
• Develop privacy policies, standards, and operational controls.
• Support regulatory, audit and customer data protection requirements.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team growth.
