Job summary

You will lead client onboarding, configure environments in Data Management hubs, and deliver clear updates on data quality and pipeline performance to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical data support or data platforms.
• Proficient in SQL, Python or PySpark for debugging and data analysis.
• Experience with data pipelines and data quality issues in production.
• Strong troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise the support queue across multiple clients and priorities.
• Ensure health and performance of the data management platform and pipelines.
• Lead complex issues from detection to resolution with clear comms.
• Design data ingestion, mapping, and analytics approaches for onboarding.
• Configure client environments within Data Management hubs.
• Provide data quality insights and pipeline performance updates to clients.
