Jefferson Frank in London is seeking a Senior Data Platform Manager to lead the delivery, optimisation and evolution of its cloud-based data platform ecosystem, hybrid work.

You will manage enterprise-scale initiatives across cloud, data, integration and DevOps, mentor engineers, and engage with senior stakeholders to drive reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Data Platform teams.
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake and/or Kafka.
• Experience with cloud providers (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerised platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
• Understanding of platform governance, security and operational best practices.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale production environments.

A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Data Platform Manager to lead the delivery, optimisation and ongoing evolution of its cloud-based data platform ecosystem.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead enterprise-scale platform initiatives spanning cloud, data, integration and DevOps technologies while managing high-performing technical teams and engaging with senior business stakeholders.

The Role

• Leading platform delivery, operations and service management
• Driving platform modernisation, automation and scalability initiatives
• Establishing governance, engineering standards and best practices
• Ensuring platform reliability, performance and operational excellence
• Managing critical incidents, risks and technical dependencies
• Leading Agile delivery across multiple workstreams

Key Skills & Experience
