Nigel Frank is seeking a Senior Data Platform Manager to lead the delivery, optimization and evolution of a cloud-based data platform in London. The role requires guiding enterprise-scale initiatives across data, cloud, integration and DevOps while managing high-performing technical teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities include governance, standards, reliability and continuous improvement, with mentoring for engineers and close collaboration with architecture and business

Qualifications

• Experience leading Data Platform, Cloud, Integration or Platform Engineering teams.
• Deep knowledge of modern data platform technologies (Snowflake and/or Kafka).
• Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP cloud services.
• Strong Kubernetes and containerised platform understanding.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based source control.
• Understanding of platform governance and security best practices.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale production environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Data Platform Manager to lead the delivery, optimisation and ongoing evolution of its cloud-based data platform ecosystem.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead enterprise-scale platform initiatives spanning cloud, data, integration and DevOps technologies while managing high-performing technical teams and engaging with senior business stakeholders.

The Role

• Leading platform delivery, operations and service management
• Driving platform modernisation, automation and scalability initiatives
