Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Solution & Data Architecture Manager to lead a team of solution and data architects and contribute hands-on to end-to-end data platform design across Azure Synapse and Databricks.

This dual role combines architectural leadership with people management, guiding decisions while staying close to engineering work. Hybrid work with three London office days supports delivery across multiple business domains.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience designing data platform solutions at scale.
• 2–3 years in a team lead, manager, or senior architect role with people management.
• Experience owning delivery roadmaps, OKRs, and budgets for architecture/engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of solution and data architects and guide technical design reviews.
• Define and maintain the team's roadmap, priorities, and budget.
• Ensure architectural coherence across Azure Synapse and Databricks implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across supply chain, commerce, and manufacturing.
• Balance hands-on engineering with strategic architectural leadership.
