Join our Academic Registry team at the University of Bath as a Senior Data Officer (Projects). This role is pivotal in managing and coordinating student and course data reporting to the Student Loans Company (SLC), ensuring compliance with SLC requirements and delivering accurate Attendance Confirmation returns.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the reporting of student and course data to the Student Loans Company.
- Apply knowledge and understanding of SLC requirements and rules to resolve complex cases.
- Deliver highly accurate Attendance Confirmation returns to the SLC.
- Utilize Tribal (SITS) for data management and reporting tasks.
- Work collaboratively within a hybrid team environment, with the flexibility to work fully remotely for suitable candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- First degree or at least 3 years of directly relevant experience.
- Proven experience in managing and coordinating student and course data reporting to the SLC.
- In-depth knowledge of SLC requirements and the ability to handle complex cases.
- Experience in delivering accurate Attendance Confirmation returns to the SLC.
- Proficiency in using Tribal (SITS) for educational data management.
