Job description

We are looking for a full-time Senior Data and Insights Analyst to join our Research and Intelligence team. The role involves leading data usage across the HFEA, including in statistical reports and award-winning dashboards, as well as managing the preparation of large and sensitive datasets for research purposes.

The HFEA holds the longest-running national dataset of fertility treatment in the world, recording every patient, partner, donor, and child born from fertility treatments since 1991. The Senior Data and Insights Analyst will extract information from our register for internal and external publications and support data researchers through applications to our Register Research Panel. They will champion the use of our data to inform policy decisions and improve regulation, as well as contribute to publications, public inquiries, and collaborations with data researchers. The role also involves providing regular, accurate data extracts and methodological advice on intelligence projects and publications.
