Job summary

Baringa is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our Data AI Solutions & Engineering practice in the UK. You will contribute to delivering value-adding, sustainable data capabilities aligned to client needs across Financial Services, Products & Services, Energy & Resources, and Government.

You will work with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP), build scalable pipelines, and mentor colleagues while shaping data governance and platform strategy within engagements.

Qualifications

• Passion for solving data problems with a mix of technical delivery and consulting skills.
• Ability to own and run complex client engagements with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on expertise delivering robust data architectures and pipelines using modern frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement on-premise or cloud data architectures (data warehouse, data lake, data platform).
• Build ETL/ELT data pipelines and data models across sources.
• Mentor and upskill colleagues on technical concepts and delivery practices.
