Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain knowledge materials regarding delivery on MSP customers.
• Act as escalation point for support teams managing requests and incidents from MSP customers.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer technical challenges and leverage GCP technologies to address them.
• Collaborate with delivery teams, Google, and customer engineering teams to ensure consistent technology stacks and document managed service processes.
• Identify areas for service improvement and propose enhancements.
• Follow and improve best practices, processes, and procedures.
• Upskill and mentor colleagues to ensure smooth delivery.
• Stay aware of emerging technologies and propose new solutions.
• Represent Qodea in relationships with Google and customers, including potential visits.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve data platform issues.
• Maintain data models, monitor data infrastructure, and ensure pipeline and ML model performance.
• Collaborate with customers quarterly to meet requirements and plan changes.
• Maintain automated data pipelines for ingestion, ETL, and storage.

Requirements:

• Experience in technical leadership and transitioning projects into support.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform services, especially Cloud Composer (Apache Airflow).
• Strong Python skills for developing and maintaining data pipelines.
• Proficiency in SQL, especially BigQuery.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and tools.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Expertise in data engineering libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Airflow.
• Experience with ELT/ETL processes and data wrangling.
• Experience with dashboard analytics tools like PowerBI, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
• Previous client-facing experience and ability to translate business requirements.
• Collaborative, proactive, logical, attentive to detail.
• Willingness to mentor and coordinate team members.
• Positive attitude and team spirit.
