Your future duties and responsibilities:

1. Lead installation, configuration, and migration of Tibco components in enterprise environments.
2. Design and build scalable ETL and data integration solutions using Tibco and Python.
3. Collaborate with data architects, DevOps, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
4. Implement data pipelines across cloud and hybrid environments using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and GCP services.
5. Optimize Spark transformations and legacy data migrations for real-time and batch processing.
6. Define and automate data quality, error handling, and validation workflows.
7. Promote best practices in infrastructure-as-code, data observability, and performance tuning.
8. Contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience with Tibco tools, including installation, configuration, and data migration.
• Strong Python skills in data engineering and scripting.
• Experience in ETL development, pipeline automation, and large dataset processing.
• Proficiency with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and GCP services.
• Experience managing structured and semi-structured data formats.
• Knowledge of Spark-based transformations using Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Understanding of data quality frameworks and data integrity techniques.
• Experience integrating Tibco into data architecture and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have: Experience with Terraform, cloud DevOps pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
