Senior Data Engineer - Snowflake - Finance - London - £95,000 + Sizeable Bonus

My client is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join there team in which you will be a senior member. As a senior member of the Data Engineering team, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering scalable data solutions that support both day-to-day operations and long-term business growth. Your responsibilities will range from building efficient data extracts and Power BI reports to optimising data pipelines and warehouse performance. You'll contribute to the design and implementation of a new enterprise data platform using Snowflake and DBT, while also supporting and maintaining existing legacy systems. This is a business-facing role, offering exposure to high-impact projects and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Skills:

• Extensive experience delivering enterprise-scale data warehouse solutions using Snowflake, with deep understanding of its architecture and integration across data ecosystems.
• Strong proficiency in data modelling (Kimball) and building scalable, production-grade ELT pipelines using DBT to support complex analytical needs.
• Hands-on expertise in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitLab, ensuring robust, automated deployment processes.
