You will own data architecture end-to-end, pipelines, storage, batch and real-time processing, and work closely with leadership on technical and product decisions.

The role is hybrid in London with a competitive £100k-£140k salary plus equity, and requires 7+ years in data engineering, Python mastery, and experience with vector

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on data engineering experience.
• Strong Python skills and distributed data systems expertise.
• Experience with vector databases and AI data workflows.
• Start-up or scale-up background with architecture decision-making confidence.
