Job summary

Client Server Limited in London is seeking a Senior Data Engineer (Azure Databricks) to lead the transformation of the company’s data platform. You will design robust Databricks pipelines, create reusable data products, and implement medallion architecture while modernising legacy data stores and reporting.

You will collaborate with the Head of Engineering and data governance teams, influencing standards and delivering data solutions in a regulated FinTech setting.

Qualifications

You are an experienced Data Engineer keen to take ownership and drive technical transformation.
Experience with Databricks, SQL, and SSRS in regulated FinTech environments.
Knowledge of modern data architectures and AI-assisted development.
Hybrid working in London with client-server environment.

Responsibilities

Lead design and development of Databricks pipelines.
Develop reusable data products and medallion architecture.
Migrate legacy data stores and SSRS reporting to a governed, scalable platform.
Collaborate with data governance and engineering teams to influence data standards.
Drive adoption of AI-assisted development and ensure proper testing and controls.
