Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in a STEM subject or equivalent.
• Extensive senior data engineering experience with architecture and standards.
• Experience with large-scale data processing pipelines and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic data engineering direction and roadmap for the AI Accelerator.
• Define a layered data foundation and provisioning patterns to support model development.
• Establish data quality controls, CI/CD for data, and metadata management.
• Lead complex data engineering work across multimodal datasets (genomics, imaging, EHR).
• Coach and mentor engineers and act as senior escalation point.
