Senior Data Engineer

Your new opportunity

You'll be responsible for deploying, maintaining and optimizing Dell Data Lakehouse and Starburst installations, enabling your customers to seamlessly access their data across multiple platforms.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Deploying Dell Data Lakehouse and Starburst Enterprise/Galaxy installations.
  • Configuring server and application settings and parameters.
  • Integrating Starburst with various data sources.
  • Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to make sure data systems are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business goals.
What you'll bring
  • Expertise in Trino/Starburst Enterprise/Galaxy Administration/CLI.
  • Implementation experience with container orchestration solutions (Kubernetes/OpenShift).
  • Strong understanding of distributed system architecture, high availability, scalability and fault tolerance.
  • The ability to adapt quickly, as you'll be working across multiple client projects and sectors.
  • Strong communication skills are essential - you'll be the bridge between technical teams and clients, translating complex requirements into actionable solutions.
