We're looking for a senior data, digital, and commercial law specialist to join our high-performing Edinburgh-based team. You'll advise top-tier clients across sectors including retail, tech, sports, healthcare, and financial services, with a focus on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.

What You'll Do:

• Lead complex advisory and commercial work, including GDPR, international transfers, and incident response

• Draft and negotiate data and tech contracts across diverse sectors

• Manage key client relationships and deliver commercially focused advice

• Supervise and mentor junior team members

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams on major projects

• Contribute to strategic planning, business development, and thought leadership

• Deliver large-scale compliance and incident response projects

Who We're Looking For:

• 5+ years PQE with deep experience in data/privacy law

• Proven ability to lead client projects and manage stakeholders

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills on data and digital matters

• Confident team leader and mentor

• Sector-diverse experience, ideally with exposure to AI, data ethics, or regulatory issues
