We’re looking for ambitious Senior Data Consultants to join our Delivery team; a thriving and fast-growing community of some of the industry’s best cloud data engineers, ranging from interns and graduates up to seasoned experts.

In this role, you'll combine deep technical expertise with strategic leadership and client engagement, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. You’ll take ownership of solution architecture, project planning, and business development opportunities, driving the successful delivery of high-impact data solutions.

You’ll have the opportunity to lead and mentor teams, shape best practices, and contribute to internal initiatives, thought leadership, and go-to-market propositions.

What you'll be doing...

  • Leading the design and delivery of enterprise-scale data solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Building and managing client relationships at a senior level, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
  • Owning and driving solution architecture, contributing to proposal development and project planning.
  • Managing and mentoring teams, ensuring high-quality project execution and professional growth of team members.
  • Identifying new business opportunities by understanding client needs and proactively proposing solutions.
  • Driving internal initiatives such as capability development, internal products, and best practice frameworks.
  • Contributing to pre-sales efforts, presenting at client meetings, industry events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Establishing thought leadership, writing blogs, publishing articles, and presenting at external events.

What you'll need to succeed...

  • Expertise in data warehousing, cloud analytics, and modern data architectures (Snowflake, Databricks, Matillion, Power BI, or similar).
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and technical leadership.
  • Strong consulting and client management experience, with a track record of delivering high-impact data projects.
  • Leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding multiple teams or large-scale projects.
  • An ability to manage complex project priorities, balancing resources effectively and ensuring on-time delivery.
  • A passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with the ability to identify and implement best practices.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, capable of managing high-tension situations and facilitating negotiations.
