Shift Pattern: 24/7 Rota Basis

We are seeking a DCS Day/Night Shift Technician to support critical data centre operations. This role involves maintaining ICT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and delivering high-quality service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor data centre infrastructure and critical systems.
• Ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Perform racking, stacking, patching, and hardware installations.
• Manage incidents, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Complete administrative duties, including timesheets and reports.

Requirements:

• Experience in critical environments or data centres.
• Strong ICT infrastructure knowledge.
• Ability to work a 24/7 shift pattern.
