Job summary

Crown House Technologies is seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead MEP commissioning for a major data centre project in Dagenham. You will coordinate across mechanical, electrical, public health and BMS systems, ensuring testing, validation and safe delivery to the highest standards.

You will develop commissioning strategies, manage schedules, and work with project teams and clients to ensure timely handover.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commissioning Manager or similar in construction/building services.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and public health systems and their commissioning requirements.
• Experience managing commissioning on large-scale data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Ability to develop and manage commissioning strategies, programmes and documentation.
• Experience with data centre infrastructure including cooling, electrical distribution and BMS.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate MEP commissioning across systems in a data centre environment.
• Develop and manage commissioning strategies, programmes and schedules.
• Oversee pre-commissioning, functional testing and IST.
• Coordinate activities across HVAC, electrical, cooling and BMS.
• Lead commissioning meetings and report on progress and risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards and project specs.
• Review and approve test plans, procedures and handover docs.
