Job summary

NTT Ltd. is seeking a Mechanical/Electrical/Controls Expert to advance global design standards for data center infrastructure. You will translate Owners Project Requirements into the Global Reference Design, localized by regional teams and third-party architects and engineers.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders across Product, Operations, Construction and Sales to ensure optimal design decisions, assess risks, and guide multi-disciplinary teams in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• University engineering degree; electrical, mechanical or related discipline.
• Professional institution membership relevant to data centre sector.
• Several years in data centres or mission-critical M&E industries.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary design teams, leading roles.
• International project experience; hyperscale exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex mechanical engineering projects from concept to execution.
• Provide mentorship to mid-level and entry-level engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data center infra improvements.
• Contribute to development and optimization of mechanical systems and upgrades.
• Stay informed on trends and best practices and apply to operations.
• Prepare and present technical reports to senior management.
