Job summary

Springtide is seeking a Data Center Electrical Technical Director to lead the Electrical Engineering discipline across regional data centre projects. The role ensures resilience, reliability and technical excellence of power distribution, UPS, switchgear, grounding, arc flash analysis, and controls integration.

• Extensive experience in electrical design of mission-critical data centers.
• Ability to plan, organise, supervise, and coordinate engineering work.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with directors and managers to define scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables.
• Define electrical design philosophies and workflows for project success.
• Estimate hours for electrical deliverables, studies, and commissioning support.
• Lead adoption of digital tools to improve productivity and quality.
• Participate in business development with technical input and proposals.
