Job summary

Tesco Mobile is seeking a Data Business Analyst to analyse and document business requirements, user stories and data flows across data platform and reporting solutions. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Tribe Leads and stakeholders to define, prioritise and deliver value through data capabilities.

You will coach and mentor junior team members, ensuring clear data requirements and effective delivery across cross-functional squads.

Qualifications

Three or more years of Business Analysis experience.
Experience applying agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS).
Strong analytical, business analysis, and process design skills.
Experience modelling complex data flows and data platforms.

Responsibilities

Act as primary link between the Data Tribe and stakeholders across Tesco Mobile."
Scope initiatives and enhancements affecting Data Platforms, Power BI, and Analytics.
Translate business requirements into clear data requirements for delivery teams.
Elicit, gather, and refine requirements with stakeholders across Product Tribes and CoEs.
Ensure traceability between business requirements and implemented solutions.
Support data architecture alignment and participate in process improvements.
