Key job responsibilities
  • Maintain and follow strict confidentiality to protect customer privacy.
  • Work with various data types including text, speech, audio, image, and video.
  • Deliver high-quality labeled data using provided guidelines and in-house tools, supporting AI development responsibly.
  • Generate high-quality human insight data across modalities such as text, image, video, and audio.
  • Make sound judgments and decisions when faced with ambiguous or incomplete information.
  • Show attention to detail and flexibility to switch between different requirement categories quickly.
  • Support daily operational deliverables for multiple tasks within the team.
  • Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and suggest solutions to improve labeling quality.
  • Identify operational issues and suggest procedural or tool improvements.
  • Provide floor support to clarify internal queries during task execution.
A day in the life

As a ML Data Associate (MLDA), you will perform foundational labeling functions, such as dialogue evaluation across speech, text, audio, and video data.

Your focus, multi-tasking ability, and attention to detail will help you deliver high-quality work while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to Amazon policies. You will join a diverse team committed to enhancing customers’ lives through innovative generative AI solutions. Creativity, initiative, and individuality are highly valued here.

Basic Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • CEFR C1+ or higher fluency in French
  • Proficiency in English (CEFR C1+), both written and spoken
  • Strong business writing skills for reports and professional communication
  • Advanced reading comprehension and analytical skills
  • Ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions
  • Research skills with experience synthesizing information from multiple sources
  • Attention to detail in managing complex tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 2+ years of professional experience demonstrating task execution ability
  • Experience leveraging open-source resources for research
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments
  • 2-3 years project coordination or management experience
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common business applications
