Job summary

Acuity Analytics is expanding its data platform team and seeks a tenured Data Architect to lead end-to-end data solution design across regulatory, risk, finance, and trading domains. You will shape current and target architectures, drive modernization and cloud transformation with Azure, AWS, and Databricks.

You will collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable data platforms, governance, and self-service analytics that accelerate regulatory

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise data architecture across regulatory, risk, finance, and trading domains.
• Proven ability to drive cloud migration and modernization projects.
• Strong governance, lineage, and metadata management capabilities.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, Databricks, and data lake architectures.
• Expertise in ETL/ELT frameworks, orchestration, and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data architecture and solution design across domains.
• Define current-state and target-state architectures and modernization roadmaps.
• Design cloud-native data platforms using Azure, AWS, Databricks, and medallion architectures.
• Govern ETL/ELT, orchestration, streaming, and batch processing using Airflow and Databricks Workflows.
• Govern enterprise data models, metadata, lineage, and data quality.
