Location: The locations for this role are Newport, Titchfield (Fareham), Manchester, and London.
We operate a flexible hybrid working model across the UK, with colleagues linked to one of our contractual locations and working between office and remote throughout the week. As part of the hybrid working arrangement, there is a 40% minimum office attendance requirement.
Salary: £56,020 - £70,634 (National: £56,020 - £66,043, London: £59,311 - £70,634) plus £1,300 skills allowance.

We are seeking an expert in data architecture to join our Data Growth & Operations (DGO) directorate. This key role involves ensuring our diverse data needs are met to a highly secure and effective standard, as well as helping to set the future vision for data use.
Your responsibilities will include designing data architecture, defining data strategy and principles across the organization, and ensuring all systems are robust and fit for purpose throughout their lifecycle. A particular focus will be on data modelling.
What do we need you to bring?
- Strong expertise in data modelling
- Confidence in data service integration and assurance for various uses and needs
- Proactive communication skills, especially the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and to challenge, engage, and facilitate challenging discussions.
